Telkom Not Honoring the Contract Agreement.

Good Day , I have an issue with my Telkom Contract. I was due for am upgrade in December and the Telkom Call center phoned my wife about the due upgrade(as the contract is in my wifes names, I'm the one paying for it). Now on the upgrade we were told that , we are being upgraded from 40gig day + 40gig night to a 80gig day and 80gig night and the price we pay will be R199. But ever since that agreement , Telkom has never honored it's side of the contract. I have been having a back an forth with them in regards to our agreement but with no luck. I even have a few screenshots of their agents telling me that "the contract has been upgraded to the 80gb+80gb on the 31st 2021 and they gave me this order number ***A. And the last time I spoke to them they said that "the promotional deal was valid for a specific month". Please help me, thank you.
