Telkom not honoring cellphone upgrade

<p>I upgraded my contract on Friday (26th November) to a deal for a samsung s7 with a 32 inch tv. I completed all the documentation and the agent who helped said we can claim the TV at another stage. Now i'm told that the TV had to be claimed by the latest on the Saturday (27th November). If the agent helping you does not know the details of the contract then why isn't Telkom training them?</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom is the most useless company, the agent didn't even apologize but said that the way it works and if you don't want the contract then i should leave it.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
