Telkom not honest

<p>It took us longer than three years to get a technician of Telkom to fix our prepaid line. More than R7000 was accumallated during this time. We now want to convert the line to a post paid in order to get ADSL to get wi-fi, but Telkom refuse to do this without us paying a deposit, and they will not give us back the owed money.</p>
