Telkom not helping with blacklisting my contract number

I called telkom to block my contract sim card and blacklist my device and still my phone is ringing, I called 5 times with different stories the first agent said it takes 25 hours for the device to be blacklist and the other one said they blacklist immediately. "the other agent was just trying to get rid of me'" even now my number is still in use
