Telkom not helpfull releasing my ADSl line into the holding pool.

I am currently making use of MWEB as an ISP and Telkom is managing my ADSL line.

I want Telkom to release my line into the holding pool so that MWEB can managae my ADSL line as well. I have been given the around from Telkom this whole week in order to try and get them to release my line.

Mweb says that they cannot request on my behalf due to the fact that i am the account holder at Telkom that makes perfect sense.

Telkom insists that i the account holder cannot make this request and that mweb should phone them.

At the end of the day to make a long story short i need someone competent at Telkom to assist me with this matter which should not be to difficult to do seeing that it has been done before and putting someones line in the holding pool is actually a "thing" and it can be done.

I also have cellphone contracts through Telkom which is nearing the end date as well as business internet and am contemplating taking my business elsewhere.

I cannot put a bad review on HelloPeter everytime i need assistance from Telkom. That is not how it supposed to work.

Please assist asap
