TELKOM NOT HELPFUL..... NEEED TO TRAIN THEY STAFF

My ADSL contract with Telkom ended 3 years ago however I'm still receiving bills that's is R4000. When the contract was about to end I called the call center and they confirmed I don't need to cancel the contract I will just go on a month to month. I did not Renew my contract I'm with Vumatel and I called the call center and the advisor basically **** to me as it was time for department to close she lies and tells me I failed the security questions but I'm looking at my invoice and I confirmed. They do not want to assist me and rather just bill me for a service I don't use.... I'm so glad I'm not with them anymore.
