Telkom not Good

Trying to sort out a query cause they debited my month to month account with outstanding fees i do not know about. If i ask them where i can check cause i know i did not take a 12 month contract i am told to phone 10213. Tried that before online chat and was a total waste.

Still dont have no invoice, statement or telephone number for the bundle as i am supposed to have so how must i query anything
