Telkom not giving you what you pay for.

I bought an ONLINE only deal with TELKOM that offered 100GB once-off , valid for 12 months in February 2018. To date I have not received the data at all. When I call the client service department, they just say my case is being looked into. The client service center absolutely denies that such a promotion exists even though it was on there website. I have called numerous times and want this contract cancelled as I am paying for a service that I do not receive.
