Telkom not giving debt settled letter for over a year

Telkom what the ****, my account has been paid off forever a year and yet you guys still haven't supp**** me with a settlement letter or cleared my name at ITC this is annoying as I am trying to apply for a school bursary and cannot due to this annoying issue that is not my fault someone fix this today.
