Telkom not fulfilling contract.

Good Day, February the 14th I upgraded my cell phone contract online. Well, they phoned to remind me and so i did. I chose the contract that they advertised online. Which was: Galaxy A13 + Galaxy Tab A 8 10.5 LTE and a Galaxy FIT2 the amount of R 499.00. Was told by salesperson with get it after 7 days. 7 days come; I contacted them was told they haven't received stock. Phoning them almost weekly or they used to phone advising me still no stock. As every time we talk to a different salesperson sometimes difficult. on 29th March I phoned again. on the 31st of March again to my Surprise was told the lady on the 29th cancelled my order. I demanded. talk to the original salesperson, she contacted me we did everything was needed! once again. later phoned to querrie if the mandate was received, everything in order. at end she says I cannot get that special anymore as its no longer available. I was so patient, waiting Now i get this answer. well i want to demand that special as they at fault. can you please advise me or help? disappointed Maria
