Telkom not following up on my order

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars, this is bad honestly, I have heard for years how people complain about Telkom and I could always say I don't have any issues but well I guess 2023 is the year for my bad luck to start with Telkom. My order was placed on the 5th of February 2023 at the Lephalale store in Limpopo, it is now 12 days later and still they do not have an update on my order I asked the staff if they cannot call the warehouse and follow up their attitude is No we just wait. How can it be that no one can follow up on my order, I live 100km from this Telkom shop and they cannot assist me at all, their phones do not work so you cannot get hold of them and when I do get hold of them they say if they don't answer I can come to the store REALLY 100km just to check the status of my order???? this is not acceptable
