Telkom not fixing their problems!

I reported a problem with my telkom mobile number where I am unable to receive calls LONG before lockdown! Telkom has yet to assist in fixing the problem. I am also not able to speak to any HUMAN at Telkom in this regard. I need this fixed ASAP!
