Telkom not fixing line
I have logged a call with there help desk. 7 days later I received a SMS my phone line is fixed. We test the both lines both not working. How can they send out below SMS and the problem is still happening!!!! I need my line to be fixed as I require it for work.<br> <br> Dear Customer your report reference 123CRZ160715 was restored. If the problem still exists please contact Telkom on 10210 for Residential or 10217 for Business Services. Alternatively use [URL Removed] Please do not reply to this SMS. Telkom
