Telkom not fixing issue on the line

<p>It has been 3 weeks and telkom has yet to send out a technition to fix the issue. This is the worst company in the entire world. Their service is non excitent, They just say it has been esculated but no one comes to fix the problem. They say the technitions have a large workload in my are but yet i see the technitions sitting in their cars just talking on the phone for hours. </p>
