Telkom not fixing fault

Telkom is the worst company to ever deal with, we have been having endless problem with out telephone line and internet from January 2020 and have reported the faults to telkom telephonically and online so many times only to be sent messages back everytime saying the fault is restored. The call Centre agents are useless and of no help, I have so many reference numbers regarding our fault but no technician was ever sent out neither was the fault restored! ****ed off customer!!!
