Telkom not fixing business phone lines

I have been without a business phone line now for 3 weeks. Our whole building is out because the cables have been ******. Telkom hasn’t repaired it now and my business has taken a 50% drop as bookings are dependent on our phone lines. I’m getting no joy from telkom. What to do next
