Telkom not finalizing cancellation and then charging me for internet i havent used

So i have cancelled my Lte internet with telkom in Dec 2019 and then again Feb 2020 because somehow they didnt care to cancel the policy as i have reqeusted twice now they are charging me for internetvthat i havent used since th 1st of jan 2020 and for some reason telkom cant seem to see that the internet hasnt been active for 5 months plus i was on a month to month basis which means that i dont owe them any money but yet again because telkom emplyees can do their job probably i ambeing charged for internet i dont use

I am very upset i have phoned them and send numerous emails but no body gets back to me

This is not my fault but now i am held accountable for people not dojng their job
