telkom not even believing their own system

no1 after being informed via sms - still being charged for telkom to telkom calls and credit declined no2 after being suspended for a week because my payment was allocated incorrectly by telkom - credit declined case ********** 4 & casr ********** 1 dont beleive a word this company is saying - even when they themselves send out the sms!!!!

hi - somebody phoned me to inform me that i will be contacted by a billing specialist and that was the last i heard

now all is quiet again
