Telkom not doing there job

I am being dabble charged for my cellphone contract and when i enquirer about it i am being told that's how the first payment works because if you order online they keep you first debit until the end of your contract so im actually paying it 3 times , Why??

then i waited more than a month for the phone and when i phoned they said they will only debit when i have the phone but im actually in a credit of the amount and it was never said that this is how they work. Now the accounts department does not want to help me i must phone sales but why must i phone around if im not the one at fault.

At this point i feel that telkom must come and pick up there stuff and refund my money to me.
