Telkom not delivering their promise

After more than 10 years, numerous fault reports, attempts to fix, we are still experiencing internet problems, our internet connection is unstable inconsistent and sometimes non existing. The few times it was "fixed" was the longest period 2 hours. They replaced the cables inside, no luck, they have send an sms due to constant issues to the line telkom will contact me to offer a different internet solution. Guess what... Still not... Please can someone help ? ********** 786
