Telkom not delivering service

We got our Home network thru Mweb but with a Telkom line. Suddenly the router had no internet connection. A week later we found out that Telkom has cut our internet connection because we owed them 4 cents. So we paid the 4 cents and they told us it could take 2 days to be restored. That was a month ago we tried calling both Mweb and Telkom to help us. Mweb keeps blaming Telkom and Telkom blames Mweb. But the problem lies with Telkom and we tried for a month now to get them to fix this ****. A Telkom technician was supposed to come fix this 2weeks ago but he never came!!!!THINK I WANT TO SWITCH TO A GOOD WIRELESS ISP
