Telkom not delivering on their own commitments

The Telkom network is slow and unreliable, however they state : “We are committed to improving the user experience and offer the best products on the market. "

In the mean time the Telkom technical staff tell you to lock your phone onto MTM as their 3G network is faster and more reliable than Telkom's LTE. When will this state of affairs be resolved ?
