TELKOM: NOT DELIVERING ON THEIR INTERNET SPEED DEAL / *****

I wrote a review about 2 weeks ago about TELKOM offering me an internet speed of 4mb/s and what I constantly have is less than half of that to work with. I have had no response from them which means my review is water off a duck's back them. Yesterday I received an sms offering me DOUBLE the internet speed "until 31 July". Well, thank you very much,,double my current internet speed would put me not even on what I pay them for on their current (NOTE!) CONTRACT with me! I hope this gets gets relayed to the Regulating bodies and TELKOM gets sorted out for either false advertising - they cannot give what they offer - or they get sorted for break in contract.
