Telkom not delivering on their agreement / Contract breach!

On the 20th of October I contacted Telkom for an ADSL line to be installed and agreed to a 24 month contract whereby I will receive a free Rooter for an Uncapped package for R805.00 per month and had to phone in on several different occasions to have the deal finalized, however, after having spoken to 6 consultants eventually a technician came to my house and did the ADSL line installation where after he connected his "TESTING" Rooter and confirmed that the service is now active. The technician then unplugged his Rooter and explained that Telkom will deliver a new Rooter to my address which up to date never happened. I have spoken to a lady with the surname of Naido including sending her 6 emails to which she never responded to and still sitting with the same problem where no Rooter have been delivered. This morning 28-11-18 I have spoken to three more consultants where they all confirmed that my order for the Rooter have never been placed and scheduled for delivery. HOW DOES THIS WORK? I'm sitting with an active line but unable to use the Telkom internet service because of not yet having received a Rooter.

I'm very disappointed in this poor service and demand an explanation as well as an immediate answer to what and how Telkom will resolve this issue and asap!

The two order numbers provided also seems to be ignored and of no use when given to the telecom consultants. All Telkom consultants also told me that I cannot go to a local Telkom store to collect a Rooter by myself as it needs to be sent via courier, the question is WHEN will the Rooter be sent?

Order: ********** 65A Order: ********** 91A Order: ********** 97A (Delivery to take place within 7 to 14 working days) This is not acceptable as I'm being billed for a service which I cannot use at all! On the 28th of November I'm still sitting without a Rooter! Do I need to go and purchase my own Rooter and invoice Telkom for the costs as this seems like what needs to be done!

Thank you Telkom for being such lazy people and for delivering such poor service, you make South Africa proud with such pathetic service!
