TELKOM NOT DELIVERING A SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR

I logged a call to Telkom on 09/09/2015 regarding my faulty ADSL line. As of today 25/09/2015, nothing has been done to my faulty ADSL line. It has been over two weeks since I reported the faulty line. This is unacceptable. I need to get my emails, use the internet, etc. Telkom does not wait more than two weeks for my payment. I am very disappointed in the service that they deliver. I am going to cancel my service with Telkom, and rather use a cellular network.
