Telkom not delivering

<p>We ordered a Telkom package in May 2016 it is currently August 2016. But Telkom never delivered the phone that we order with the package.</p> <p>On top of not delivering the phone, Telkom is still billing us for the service and not only billing but double billing us on our statement.</p> <p>We have been to the Telkom branch numerous times but get told they can't help us.</p> <p>When we phone Telkom we are being sent from pillar to post and no one over the phone helped us to sort out this mess or provide a solution.</p> <p>This is just another example of why people call them Hellkom, because it's hell in dealing with Telkom to get your problem sorted.</p> <p> </p>
