telkom not delivering

I am so frustrated with the service from Telkom. I want a 10MBps line. When are you going to deliver?<br> I want to pay for the service but it is just not available. I am at the point of trying to go to a wireless service provider to get the 10MBPS.<br> <br> when are you going to do something about the customers needs.<br> <br> I stay in SE4 in vanderbijlpark.<br> <br> DO SOMETHING OR LOOSE ME FOREVER.
