Telkom not deducting Debit order

I am getting so frustrated with Telling,I took a contract over the phone in November,gave them my banking details up to today they are still not debiting their money. I HV been calling their call centre which is impossible to reach a consultant up today I HV NT received any help. My issue now is that I am very worried about my credit rating. Can someone please help!!!!!!
