Telkom - NOT connecting people!!!

<p>I am absolutely appalled by the pathetic service recieved from Telkom! My elderly mum has been without a phone line for over a month due to storm damage in her area, numerous calls to the call centre and fault reports have been to no avail as Telkom have not sent through a technician to fix the fault, yet she is being billed for a line that is not working!!! Clearly they are not sticking to their maximum turn around times. Most useless service provider that I have ever come accross.</p>
