Telkom not connecting in 24 hours

My telephone line was cut, yes, it was my fault. I paid the amount n of R1500, which is more that what I should pay, and it is more than 24 hours already, and not yet connected. i was told that it will be reconnect in 24 hours.. I just cannot understand this, as i did an EFT payment??? And it is more than 24 hours already.. As i need my line
