Telkom not concerned in finding the route cause and resolving our recurrent problem permanently

Since our problem mentioned on 24 October, the problem has reoccurred twice even thoughTelkom assured us that they knew what the problem is and it was fixed. This problem has been going on every summer for around 7 years after the rains. This time we also received the sms below raising our hopes that this has finally being addressed (16 November 2016).

"Telkom has completed upgrading the infrastructure in your area. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Should you still experience service difficulties please call 10210 (Residential) or 10217 (Business). Telkom"

We are again sitting with no telephone or ADSL service. I use this for business and research purposes and this is affecting my business. A call has been logged via Afrihost - Ref. AH ********** 3-319185. As a Telkom shareholder, I find it unacceptable that Telkom would rather pay its subcontractors for ongoing callouts to do termporary fixes as opposed to fixing the undeline problem. In the long run these temporary will cost Telkom more that doing the fix itself. Sadly Telkom has no interest in a happy customer let alone its Shareholder. Remember Telkom your inefficiencies affects my dividends!!! Please sort out this problem permanently!!!

We have not received any feedback. In fact received an SMS from our isp indicating that the fault had been closed- however we still have no adsl or telephone service.
