TELKOM NOT CONCERNED ABOUT BAD REVIEWS!!!!!!

<p>i wrote a review on tuesday about telkom blocking my phone and even after payment making me wait 7-14 working day to unblock my phone however i have not had neither a call nor any feedback as yet all i got was a refernce number that is not valid (the call center said that if there are alphabets in the front of the ref number they cant help me) so i guess telkom likes bad publicity i guess that is why they dont respond to thier queries.... they always doing wrong to thier people so here goes another week of paying for something i cant use what a waste of money!!!!!</p>
