Telkom not comming to the party. COSTING ME MONEY!!!!

I have been struggling with my network provider.

I use my phone as main communication to my clients that spend a lot of money at our company.

most of the time if a client or my boss wants to call me my phone does not even ring. I get no notification. I am looking at my phone when they stand next to me and calling but nothing comes through to my phone. This has been going on since the start of my contract. There was said to me, you need to Rome to MTN, or different USSD codes where given to me. Still nothing solves my problem and it is busy costing me money, and my relationship with my clients and bosses are also not what it was because they cant get hold of me.

I have logged a complaint about his last week but still no outcome. I am not happy. There is 2 options either you sort this out with a permanent solution or you cancel my contract with no additional charge because of all the damage I have already taken. my case number is ********** 6.
