Telkom not closing accounts on system

I have been trying for years to get this closed account removed from the credit bureau but TELKOM never closes accounts from their side

Is there a way to force TELKOM to do their work? They will ask me for the account number for this after years (one I do not have. At some stage some lady from Gauteng had an account on my name *******ly and they removed it after a few weeks, I think they gave another person access to my personal information again). Instore service is friendly and helpful, but the requests never gets completed online.

How do I force this. They refuse to send paid up letters. Do I need to contact a lawyer to force this? how do I get the TELKOM legal department e-mail address?
