Telkom not charging their advertised prices - de*****ing their customers!!

After several hours of phone calls I am just fed up of the service I am receiving from Telkom. There have been multiple issues one after the other from the day I signed back up for business ADSL on 21 May 2020. I signed up for the 40mbps Unlimited Business Lite DSL line for R499 incl VAT lockdown promo until 30 Sep & R899 INCL VAT from 1 Oct. I have had 4 months of bills & not one has been correct to start with. The billing & sales department's info does not correspond & I have been pushed from one to the other multiple times. I have raised disputes telephonically through the call centre which then get rejected & no communication to me the client as to why. I signed up for the 40mbps Unlimited Business Lite DSL line on 21 May for R499 incl VAT lockdown promo until 30 Sep & R899 INCL VAT from 1 Oct.

For the period 4 June - 3 July I was charged R799 INCL VAT with NO promo discount reflected. This is therefore R300 MORE than the agreed package amount of R499 INCL VAT. On my August bill I was charged R1648 INCL VAT less promo discount of R733.26 INCL VAT which works out to R914.74 INCL VAT which is R415.74 MORE than the agreed amount of R499 INCL VAT.

Every month amounts are different & I was advised by Billing to check with Sales to check correct package was loaded & they did confirm it was the R499 special package yet the bills never reflect this amount. I feel that they are trying to de***** their customers as they do not bill the amount they advertise.

And as for their online portal where you have the option to raise disputes - nothing happens - your get a message that your request has been sent for processing but you never hear anything nor does it move to the disputes list. Absolutely useless!!

I would seriously never have signed up again with Telkom except that I do not have any other options in the area (Strydom Park Randburg) where our business is based.
