Telkom not caring for customers(in my case)

App**** for a Huawei Mate P20 pro online(Huawei GT watch included) Phone was delivered by courier. When I wanted to claim my free watch from Huawei,they asked me for a Tax invoice. I gave been trying to get that tax invoice from Telkommobile for almost 4 months,no success. Have spoken to many consultants,they cannot help me(sorry,and they earn salaries) Have made many posts on facebook aswell(private message,because I want to be fair. They responded with even more promises,no tax invoice up till now. We as customers have almost no way to solve a problem ourselves. Hope somebody responsible sees this.
