Telkom not cancelling this HORROR cellphone contract.

My son has an Account that has traumatised me for the past 2yrs. My son asked me to send a letter informing Telkom that we are not renewing the Contract that he had with them that was ending end of Sept and l did in July already, they called him to say its too early, we sent another letter in August informing them we not renewing the contract we now heading towards end of Nov nothing was done till now. My son has been calling telkom getting different stories, nothing is happening. We all were happy to finally have our lines back, it has been 2 horror years and now with extra months that l will never forget let alone ever dreaming of having a contract with telkom. Can someone just end this ******* please l need to go back to MTN or Cell C, l am so done with telkom.
