Telkom not cancelling line

<p>Have attempted to cancel my Telkom line, they say the will contact you but never do. I followed their extremely floored process and surprise surprise no luck. Was so easy cancelling my ISP with a different company yet Telkom purposely make it so difficult. Want to resolve this but every person I speak to at Telkom gives me a different story, unbelievable how terrible this company is. Will never use them again and will make sure I advertise how terrible they are. The only way this process can be so broken is that they purposely make it so. What a complete and utter joke, do not use Telkom. </p>
