TELKOM NOT CANCELLING CONTRACTS!

I cancelled the Telkom contract for my father beginning this year and now he is handed over to lawyers. I had the same issue with my Telkom account. It took 2 years to cancel the contract for myself and after being blacklisted by Telkom. ARE WE GOING TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE HERE. THIS IS PATHETIC TO BE NICE. REF ***. Can this please be resolved a.s.a.p!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
