TELKOM not cancelling contract

Trying to cancel my contract since April 2016 and still no luck. Completed the cancellation forms and send to the service cancellation email address, phoned the customer line, resend the cancellation forms twice to different persons, logged a dispute on MY TELKOM,, took the money out of my account, cancelled the debit order. BUT NO nothing helps. TELKOM is milking and milking and don't know what more to do.

THEY JUST DON'T CANCEL A CONTRACT PLEASE HELP BY TAKING THIS TO CARTE BLANCHE!!!! THIS IS A TOTAL FRUSTRATION AND NEED URGENT ATTENTION.
