Telkom not Cancelling Contract

Service from Telkom mobile is terrible. I’m trying to cancel my mobile contract but I feel like they’ve made it near impossible. Sent in a form. Logged an online callback but I’ve heard nothing. I’ve heard I’m not the only one.
