Telkom not cancelling after months

Good day, I phoned and cancelled my packaged telkom deal that included landline, adsl and line rental for one price. I then pholled up with a phone call in october where they assusred me it was cancelled. I am still being billed. i followed up in January and february and still nothing just say they will call me back and that it is done and they closed the call. When i phoned in april they told me it is not cancelled and that they will cancel it now. I explained that i cancelled it in september last year and that they must refund me. nothing has happened since and i am still being billed for a service i am not using and i cancelled
