Telkom not canceling my contract when we ask to be canceled

We have been trying to cancel our data package since January 2023. Our are have 0 signal and we have been paying close to R1000 per month.

I am pleading now with these people to please cancel with immediate effect!

We have been helped by the kiosk in scottburgh mall.
