Telkom not calling me back regarding a promotion

Telkom mobile called me on Thursday informing me about a promotion on the Samsung Galaxy Ace J1 for R99 for 24 months that I had accepted. The next morning a lady from the same department calls me to inform me about a Platinum Package that I qualify for. Which is 2 Samsung Galaxy Ace J1 contracts for R99 each, which I told her I'll confirm whether to take it when the confirmation consultant calls me. The confirmation consultant called me and I told her I'm taking the Platinum Package, but she said it wasn't on record and she can't confirm it. I told her a lady called me in the morning to inform me about it and she even made a note, but she said she can't see it. Nobody has called me till now to confirm the contract. Someone must please call me because I want the Platinum Package which I was told I qualify for.
