Telkom not authorised debit with uptodate account

Ive been a loyal customer for more than 5years but im not happy with your debt collection department why they keep on debiting my aacount bmwhile im up to date . My details *** *** . This is not fair ive done countless calls to telkom woth no help 😡😡😡😡😡
