Telkom not Attending to My Claim

I'd want to inform you of a severe problem I'm having with Telkom: TLK122916 is the claim number.

I submitted a claim to Telkom. Despite the fact that I provided the relevant documentation, no one is taking my issue seriously. It's been almost a month now

Telkom does not treat all consumers equally let us not lie on that note; some people's claims are taken serious, while some us struggle to receive proper service

I have never received such treatment from any other organisation I am contracted with. I am quite dissatisfied with my current situation.
