Telkom Not Assisting!!!!!
i have app**** for Cybertrade that i require for my Clearing agency and emaild the application form through on 28/09/2015, but up to now i have not gotten any feedback of weather my service will be activated or if there is a problem or nothing. i phoned the Business call center again this morning, holding on for 3 hours and being transferred 11 times just to be told by the last person, that i have to speak to the business call center. i need this service activated in order for my business to move forward and i am not receiving any help from Telkom. What should i do next?
