Telkom not answering any kind of communication

I bought data on Saturday the 4th of April through Standard bank online. I received sms to confirm the data is on my phone.Until today when I want to make a call, Telkom tell me I have insufficient funds. I have wrote to them in 2 emails, one on Saturday and one yesterday, still nothing..no reply!
