Telkom not allowing me to cancel after their mistake and *****!

After being debited an amount of R766 due to Telkom's mistake, I now am disconnected from connecting and have to wait 7 days to reconnect because the payment they took from me has not been reflected by the company they use to debit money. Like what the actual ****! Now I want to cancel and I they not allowing me to lol.. this **** provider is truly disgusting. Just let me cancel and move on with MTN. Please and thanks
