Telkom not activating double data deal... 3 months!!!!

I wrote a review more then a month ago because my double data deal was not activated. Plus multiple calls to the call centre. Nothing has happened, all I got was 2 calls saying it is being sorted out. Over 2 months ago I was phoned and offered a upgrade on my contract, the deal was it will be for 24 months and I will get a LTE router, plus my data will be doubled to 20 gigs anytime data. For 2 months now ive been paying for this, its about R400, but not received any of my promised data. I had been forced to buy last month a once of data pack of R250 as my data promised has never been given. After my last call centre attempt to get what ive been paying for the agent told me no the data was already loaded. I have been belatedly **** to as I have not received anything. This is becoming a massive issue for me. I cannot call the call centre anymore because nothing has come of it and they lie to me saying I got my double data while I didnt. Telkom back owes my 20 gigs data now and I demand to have it. Plus I my double data deal activated, not just say its been done.here are some of the refrence numbers I have.
